The Scrotum is a pouch of skin that holds the testes it hold s the testes away from the rest of the body which keeps the temperature lower than rest of the body for the viability of sperm. The testes are the primary organs of the male reproductive system because they produce the sperm. Most men have two testes. The testes are responsible for making testosterone.
The head of the sperm contains 23 chromosomes and is covered with an enzyme filled sac called acrosome. the mitochondria (mid piece) generates the energy the cell needs to move. The tail is a flagellum that propels the sperm forward in the female reproductive tract
